TOM YUM KOONG
Ingredients
Prawn (peeled)
100g
Water
500g
Thai Prestige Tom Yum Paste
185g
Coriander
as desired
Chili and Lemon Juice
as desired
Directions
Boil the water and put in the prawn.
When the prawn is cooked, add tom yum paste in and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Sprinkle with coriander. More chili and lemon juice can be added as desired.
Best recommended to be served with Thai Jasmine Rice.
